Army military spokesman of Galmudug Administration Mohamed Ali Rush who spoke Simba Radio in Mogadishu blamed Puntland state administration that they still against to implement peace-deal of ceasefire among both state leaders of Galmudug and Puntland states as to stop hostilities in Galkayo town.
Mr. Rush added that they have received information which indicating that the officials of puntland admin and religious elders of Galmudug admin have been rejected to accept negotiations Mediated by somali Prime Minister Mr. Omar abdirashid ali Sharmake.
The spokesman also mentioned that still hearing sporadic gunfire firing of puntland soldiers that disheartened the peace process of Galkayo town and its population.
