Voting kicked off early today in Jowhar which is Hirshabelle administrative capital, where 20 members of the upper house will elect on Monday.
Chairman of Hirshabelle Parliaments Sheikh Osman Bare who spoke the media announced that today will elect upper house members from residents of Hirshabelle state and organizing now to listen addresses of upper house candidates.
On Sunday scheduled to kick off the elections of upper house in Hirshabelle and to listen up the candidates speeches but postponed after MPS of Hirshabelle absolutely opposed an change made Hirshabelle president Ali Osable by the list of candidates representing of upper house members.
