Somali President Condemns The Terrorist Attack At A Mosque In Egypt

President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Mohamed Abdulahi Farmajo has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Al-Rowdah mosque north Sinai in Egypt where over 235 people killed, and 110 others injured during the Friday prayer today, SONNA reported.

” I am very saddened by the deadly terrorist attack at a worshiping area in Egypt today, Somali Government and People share the sadness with Egyptian Government and people, we stand with Egyptians. We pray the dead for their soul rest in Peace and wish the injured for quick recovery”, Mr. Farmajo said.

At least 235 worshippers have been killed by gunmen who attacked a mosque affiliated with Sufi groups in Egypt’s North Sinai during Friday prayers, in one of the deadliest attacks on civilians in the country in recent years according to Egypt’s Ahram Online
