At least one soldier of Somali National Intelligence & Security Agency (NISA) died and others were injured in Mogadishu’s outskirts when a car exploded near security checkpoint on Saturday morning.
The explosion of the car happened at a checkpoint in Sinka-dheer area, the car was going to investigate after security soldiers suspected and stopped the car as eyewitness confirmed Radio Simba in Mogadishu, but lately minute’s blast.
No casualties suffered civilians of the resident.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility but the al Shabaab group has carried out a series of deadly attacks in Somalia.
