Five Candidates Elected Lower House Seats in Banadir, Adado And Hirshabelle States:

Five candidates were elected on Tuesday’s House of the People in the latest round of voting in Banaadir, Adado and HirShabelle statets.

In Banaadir elections today started seats of Somaliland state will represent on upcoming Somali federal government abdirahman Du’ale Bayle former foreign Minister of Somali government who earned 48 votes.

While Mr. Mohamed Omar Arte the deputy Prime Minister elected as a Lawmaker in the upcoming Lower House chamber, after defeating his rival candidate with majority 47 votes.

The elections of jowhar the administrative capital city of hirshabelle elected one candidate who is Dahir Amin Jesow after defeating his rival candidate Hamza Aadan by getting 30 votes.

Whereas in Adado, 3 MPs were elected among them Abdihakin Moalin Ahmed, Galmudug Transport Minister who received 40 votes in the parliamentary ballot.

Ali Ahmed Sharif also secured parliamentary seats, beating their opponents after obtaining 49 votes respectively, according to the voting results.
