Twenty people include children and older have died while over 10 others have lying down on their bed without receiving medicines following diarrhea outbreak in Adan Yabale town of lower shebelle region.
One of the residents who spoke Simba Radio in Mogadishu said 20 people have been died diarrhea disease and several others are sick to this illness.
He added that neither Aadan Yabaal district is under role of Somali federal nor al shabaab control that impacts the resident.
