Somali federal president Hassan HE sheikh Mohamud has called for Somali regional state leaders to implement the contracts together reached by national forum conference.
The Somali president pointed if the state leaders of Somalia go through and missed the agreements assigned together can bring proceedings, disputes and to miss the deadline scheduled the Elections.
The president also urged federal electoral committee and regional Electoral Commission to accelerate the smooth-running of Somali elections.
