Most of Somali regional headquarters administration holds on Wednesday lower house elections and voted parliaments which will represent the upcoming federal government.
The ballot resumed in Puntland state after two week break and elected so far 19 MPs out of a total of 39 today’s lower house elections voted and elected 1: abdi Mahmud mahamed 2: Daud Mahmed omar former Federal Minister of Petroleum and Mineral3- Faisal abdulle Guled In Baido which is the temporary capital city of south-west state voted 1: Ali yusuf Osman 2: Osman Haji Ali.
While Hirshabelle administration it’s headquarter in jowhar city elected only one member which is Omar osman wasuge.
Lastly kismayo administrative capital in jubba-land administration elected 1: Abdullahi Maxamed shacir 2: Sagal abdiriziq Isaq but the last seat postponed.
According to the Somali elections, Lower House election was set to take place between October 23 and November 10, as the new lawmakers will vote for the new Somali President in November 30.
However, the Somali Presidential election is expected to be postponed again amid failure to meet parliamentary deadlines by regional states.
