In yet another shocking incident of terror attack, the al-Shabab attacked Nasa Hablood 2 Hotel near presidential palace – killing at least twenty including regional minister.
The mayor of Mogadishu, Thaabit Abdi Mohamed condemned the attack in the strongest term possible.
He praised the rescue operation conducted by the security forces.
“It’s unacceptable that in not more than two weeks, such barbaric attack happens again,” he said. “There will be an immediate investigation.”
The city has recently experienced one of the deadliest explosions that left the death of more than 300 people.
