Ex Puntland president General adde Muse Hersi pointed that it’s unfortunate the contract reached both Galmudug and puntland leaders which is to hold ceasefire negotiations in kismayo which is the temporary capital city of Jubba-land Administration.
Gen. adde Muse who spoke the media in garowe town asked himself how can be implemented durable solution in Galkayo which paralyzed repeated wars after ceasefire agreement.
He added that unfortunate to go in Kismayo city for negotiations while he believes to hold last agreement ceasefire in Mogadishu Capital and nearest villages of Galkayo town which is the center of Mudug region.
The two leaders agreed to participate in the forthcoming meeting in Kismayo town in November 20, to finalize the previous peace deal between Galmudug and Puntland.
